At MTN OPS, we stand behind our products and want to ensure you are fully fueled for your next mission. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select a return reason and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the gear or supplements in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
